Dr. Singh has cared for literally hundreds of animals for our cat rescue over the past 9 years, and helped us save so many lives when we rescued sick or injured kitties. We know we can always count on Dr. Singh to take great care of our cats, and the receptionists and Vet Tech’s are knowledgeable and caring as well. Such a great group of people.

First of all, Dr. Singh is an amazing veterinarian and the vet techs are all obviously following in his footsteps. They are caring and compassionate, and always gave good direction across multiple pets in my family that all went or currently still go to Angel. If you book an appointment - ask for Dr. Singh. If it wasn’t for other vets, I would still be taking my business here. My parents still do as Dr. Singh has treated their dogs for over 10 years (10 years of amazing experiences with Dr. Singh!) Now for the problem: Leah Albers is incredibly rude and unprofessional - see other reviews that echo this comment. My experience more than a year ago with her caused me to ask for Dr. Singh ONLY. This type of experience never happened with Dr. Singh - which is why I switched back to his guidance only. Eventually I completely left with my newer puppy as I couldn’t even think about seeing Albers again. Now I am hearing that she still has the same problem, this time with my parent’s pets. Still lacking professionalism, the honesty, and care that the rest of the staff has. I am surprised she is still maintaining this horrible attitude with all of the poor reviews about her.

I really did not want to write a negative review, but given the repeated unsatisfactory customer experiences I have had here, I feel that it is time to share publically. I have been with Angel Animal Hospital since 2017 and for the first couple of years, they have been great, esp. as other reviewers have said, Dr. Singh is knowledgeable and enjoys his work. However, in the past few years the customer service and appointment management have been beyond terrible. Today I got off work early to take my dog to be seen at 5pm. At 5:45 pm I left and was still not seen. During that time I was the only client there and I asked for updates two times, once at 5:32 and once at 5:45. The staff could not give me any eta. They told me that they only had one out of four rooms available, which didn't really resolve my issue of waiting, because since I was the only client there, it just meant I would have continued to wait in a room had it been open. Every business has a bad day every now and then, and I am sympathetic, but this is the third or fourth time that I have had to wait for more than 40 minutes past a scheduled appointment. The front desk was nice but inexperienced; there was no effort made to update me and I had to ask repeatedly. I finally left and said simply that I would be writing a review and not returning any more. This is a chronic issue that the business has not tried to fix. To whomever is reading this on the business side, please understand that your customers' time is valuable. Please train your staff to call and inform customers when you are running that behind and to proactively reschedule. There were so many little things you could have done to make this a better experience for your loyal customer. I was very disappointed today as this is the third or fourth time you have wasted my time. And the worst thing is, no one seemed to care - it is a "we'll see you when we get to you" message. Regrettably, I will find another veterinarian farther from me but given the long wait, a slightly longer drive would still be more efficient.
